Not a stack of disconnected tools. One operating layer for sales partners.
Ordering, kitchen, payments, staff, reporting, customer engagement and delivery share operational context instead of relying on separate hand-offs.

Sales Partners questions
Who can apply to become a Cibus partner?
Cibus considers restaurant technology advisers, resellers, operators and market specialists who can demonstrate relevant sector knowledge, responsible sales practices and coverage in a commercially supportable market. Approval is not automatic.
Which countries or territories are available?
Territory is agreed during partner review. Cibus first confirms product, payment, legal, support and commercial readiness for the proposed market; this page does not grant an exclusive or open territory.
How are commissions decided?
Any commission model, attribution rule, payment condition and statement process is defined in the applicable partner agreement. Cibus does not publish or promise a standard earnings rate on this website.
When does a partner receive portal access?
Portal access follows approval and agreement. Capabilities are scoped to the partner's assigned restaurants and responsibilities; applying through the website does not create access.
Who owns restaurant onboarding and support?
The partner and Cibus roles are agreed for each relationship. The hand-off identifies who owns discovery, commercial approval, configuration, training, go-live and ongoing support rather than assuming one universal model.
How do we start the review?
Use the partnership enquiry route and describe your target market, restaurant experience, team coverage and proposed operating model. Cibus will review fit before discussing access or commercial terms.
